Return policy

It's our mission to make every customer happy. That's why we recommend to clarify the sizes and other product details with a call-center manager via hello@louvery.ru or via phone +79632980995 (Whatsapp, Viber) prior to purchase in order to avoid potential problems and returns.

An item can be returned only if it wasn't used, it preserved its presale state and payment confirmation documents are provided. The delivery fee paid by the customer to return the item to Louvery's facility is nonrefundable . (par. 21 Rules of remote sales type)

Customer must inform about the return no later than 7 days after the order was placed via phone +7 (963) 298-09-95 and by sending an email to info@louvery.ru
with a filled return confirmation attached.

Client has the right to exchange an item to the exact one if it's available in the inventory.

Returning items within Russia can only be done via EMS Russian Post. Sending the item back is the duty of the client.

Since the customer holds responsible for the package until it arrives to Louvery's facility, it is recommended to ask for a confirmation of pickup from delivery service*.

*A confirmation slip or a photo of the document is sufficient confirmation that the item was sent back within the required time range.

We provide complete refund except for delivery fee to your credit card or bank account within 2-14 business days.

IMPORTANT: In case the purchase was done with a credit card, the refunded amount will be sent back the same card.
