1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. Website Materials means all information presented on the Website: texts and photos.

1.2. Website Services means all services presented on the website

1.3. Users are understood as Website visitors who are on the Website now or have been on the website before.

2. General terms

2.1. Usage of Website materials and services is regulated by the rules of current legislation of Russian Federation.

2.2. This agreement is a public offer. By getting access to website materials the user is considered as part of this agreement.

2.3. Website administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement any time. Such changes take effect on the next calendar day after the posting of a new version of the Agreement or changes to the Agreement on the Website. If the User disagrees with the changes made, the user must refuse the access to the Website, stop using the materials and services of the Website

2.4. The purpose of placing the Site is to sell the goods posted on the Site. The Regulations for the purchase of goods are contained in the section "Conditions of the order".

3. Obligations of the User

3.1. The User agrees not to take actions that may be considered as violating Russian law or international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and / or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to a disruption of the normal operation of the Website and its services.

3.2. Use of the materials of the Website without the consent of the Administration is not allowed, except for cases when it comes to non-commercial use with reference to the site and in full compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. 4.3. Recognition by a court of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or unenforceable does not entail invalidity of other provisions of the Agreement.

4.4. Inaction on the part of the Website Administration in the event of violation of the provisions of the Agreement by any of the Users does not deprive theWebsite Administration of the right to take appropriate actions in defense of its interests and in protection of copyrights to the materials and services of the Site protected in accordance with the law.
